So far I've gotten the following rewards in Beyond Earth:

I can see a list of rewards in Starships - I assume these are rewards that are activated in Beyond Earth that can be turned on in Starships. There are in-game popups that don't really explain what you just received. I haven't been able to find any reference guides to the bonuses/rewards that become available in Beyond Earth from achievements in Starships.

Xeno Management - Begin with an Ultrasonic Emitter unit.

Electromagnetic Sensor - reveals artifacts on map.

Supply Module - Begins with 2 resource pods near your first city.

Mercenaries - All cities have +25 HP and all units have +10% combat and ranged strength in friendly territory.

Pioneers - Build Colonist and Explorer units twice as fast.

Thus far, it's been pretty difficult to discern the requirements for achieving these rewards. If you know how you unlocked something, please post that as well.

Until Firaxis decides to release documentation, we'll have to rely on each other. When you see a pop-up in Starships, it affects something in Beyond Earth. These are new options available in Beyond Earth based on achievements in Starships. I will do my best to update this list daily - please post your findings.
