If this company does still interest you I do not recommend it as a first job, you just do so much it helps to already be familiar with a work place environment so it doesn't hit you like a ton of bricks. The most enjoyable part was the people I worked with but as more started leaving, the less I wanted to be there and helped lead to my resignation. The hardest part of the job was just the work load, a lot of physical labor for not very high pay. The culture was extremely dramatic, a lot of high schools and young adults brought a lot of drama coupled with the bad eggs in management made every day a guessing game of who was quitting or getting fired. Some managers were genuinely trying to run the place the best they could, and the rest were too busy being two-faced to actually do their job. I learned mostly on the struggles a new location may face and that ties to management since it was such a mixed bag. A typical day involved running out food and beverages to guests in the theaters, cleaning any area's that needed to be clean and helping the bar since I was old enough to do so.
